Adding to an already long list of Republican grassroots leaders to endorse Jake Evans, Bob Shaw, a former Georgia Republican Party chairman and legendary leader of the Fulton GOP, and Darryl Wilson, former 6th Congressional District Chairman, announced their support today, saying Jake is the conservative fighter we need in Congress.

“I see in Jake not only a principled conservative but also a worker who’s not afraid of a challenge,” Shaw said. “That’s the kind of leaders who built the Republican majority in Georgia. Now, we need the next generation of conservative Georgia leaders to step up and fix this mess we have in Washington. Jake Evans is the man to do that, and I proudly support him.”

Wilson emphasized Jake’s stance on our military and national defense.

“Now we have a Woke Pentagon that’s more interested in left-wing indoctrination of our fighting forces than it is in promoting the security of our nation. Jake Evans will fight for our soldiers and veterans and make sure they have the resources they need to keep us safe. He’ll put a stop to treating the Defense Department like a sociology course.”

“I know Jake, and there’s no one I trust more to fight for common-sense conservative principles that will promote our national defense. I’m voting for him. I’m working for him. We must put him in Congress to fight for us.”

Shaw and Wilson command deep respect in their communities, Jake said.

“Bob Shaw continues to make a positive difference for Georgia even after decades of his amazing service, and he’s a true legend in Fulton County,” Jake said. “And Darryl is an American patriot that served our nation in uniform, but never quit working to Make America Great.”
